Active Employment Status
The most basic requirement is active employment status with Envoy Air. MyEnvoyAir is strictly for current employees and Envoy retirees only.
Outside third parties cannot register or login under any circumstances. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Both full-time and part-time employees are eligible after completing probationary periods. Furloughed employees also retain portal access.
Employee ID Number
All Envoy Air employees are issued a unique 7-digit employee ID number.
Knowing this number is mandatory, as it must be entered during MyEnvoyAir registration and will be verified.
The employee ID number can be found on pay stubs and personnel records. Contact HR if you cannot locate it.
Retirees also use their original employee ID number to register after ending active employment.
Personal Details
In addition to the employee ID, users must provide their date of birth when registering a MyEnvoyAir account.
This personal data is used only for identity verification and security purposes during the registration process.
An active email address registered with Envoy Air is also required for password recovery needs.
Password Requirements
Unique login credentials – a username and password – must be created during registration.
The password must meet the complexity rules:
- Minimum 8 characters
- At least 1 uppercase letter
- At least 1 lowercase letter
- At least 1 number
- At least 1 special character (!@#$%)

Accept Agreement
To complete registration, new users must read and electronically sign the MyEnvoyAir Terms of Use agreement.
This document outlines proper use policies, privacy rules, user rights and portal disclaimers. Users must agree to proceed.
