Active Employment Status

The most basic requirement is active employment status with Envoy Air. MyEnvoyAir is strictly for current employees and Envoy retirees only.

Employee ID Number

All Envoy Air employees are issued a unique 7-digit employee ID number.

Retirees also use their original employee ID number to register after ending active employment.

Personal Details

Password Requirements

Unique login credentials – a username and password – must be created during registration.

The password must meet the complexity rules:

  • Minimum 8 characters
  • At least 1 uppercase letter
  • At least 1 lowercase letter
  • At least 1 number
  • At least 1 special character (!@#$%)
